About the project

Engineering Brief turns delivery signals into a clearer conversation for leadership. Its deterministic logic identifies stale pull requests and tickets, explains why they matter and suggests a practical next step.

The prototype includes executive overview, workload, product and risk screens, along with credential-dependent GitHub and Jira adapter structure and fictional seed data.
